¿Cómo ocurrió? No tenemos ni idea, pero algún desgraciado se atrevió a invadir nuestra casa. Nosotras andábamos cenando a 100 mts de la Bantam, pero en la otra esquina. Debían de ser alrededor de las 9pm. Estábamos disfrutando de la alegre compañía de Chamo. Ni se nos pasó por la cabeza que a algún imbécil se le ocurriría reventar la cerradura de la Bantam y llevarse la radio. Todo hay que decirlo, pedazo de radio, con su respectivo control remoto y todo. Afortunadamente, o el ladrón era un imbécil o tenía demasiada prisa, porque no se llevó nada más. Así que nos quedamos sin música. Primero el iPod, ahora esto. Todos nos advirtieron sobre el peligro en Quito y en Guayaquil, nadie dijo nada sobre esta bonita y tranquila ciudad. Menos masl que dejaron los altavoces. Quizás podemos enchufar el micro y prentender que estámos en un karaoke....

How did it happen? We have no idea, but just a loser dared to invade our house. We were very close, maybe around 100mts away from the Bantam. It was probably around 9pm. We were enjoying dinner with our friend Chamo. It didn´t even occur to us that some stupid person was at that moment braking into the Bantam and taking the stereo. Excellent stereo, by the way. Fortunately, either the thief was too stupid or he was on a hurry, because he only took that. And the remote control, of course. Therefore, we´ve got no music now. First it was the iPod, now this. Funny, cause everybody kept telling us how dangerous Quito and Guayaquil were, but nobody mentioned anything about this beautiful and quite city. Anyway, at least we still have the speakers. We might plug in a mic and pretend we are in a karaoke....
