17 Mayo 2006 La Revolución de los Mosquitos / The Revolution of the Mosquitoes

Y si no, que nos lo pregunten a Maria y a mi. Ya sabemos que somos muy lindas y muy dulces y todas esas cosas, pero BASTA YA POR FAVOR! Anoche, por fin, pudimos dormir como dos angelitos, y es que los mosquitos nos han declarado la guerra y por fin la hemos ganado. Ni ByeBye ni Aután ni Citronela ni poniéndole velas a la Virgencita. Nos acribillan los muy hijos de la ching.......en fin. Después de dias y dias levantándonos en mitad de la noche con picores hasta en las pestañas, pues si, por fin, se nos ocurrió enchufar una de esas cosas venenosas para los mosquitos, que yo creo que a nosotros tampoco nos debe hacer mucho bien, pero por lo menos nos deja dormir tranquilas. Pero, gracias solecito lindo, por llenar la Bantam con energía y así, además de poder enchufar las camaritas, el ipod, y la epilady (todo hay que decirlo) también podamos usar las pastillitas RAID. ¡Viva la electricidad! 

If you don’t believe, ask Maria and I. We know we are very lindas and very sweet and all those things, but ENUF IS ENUF! Last night, finally, we could get a good night sleep. The mosquitoes have declared war on us. And, we’ve won it. No ByeBye no Autan no Citronella, not ever putting candles to the Virgencita. Those suckers are killing us….anyway. After a few days of waking up in the middle of the night with bites even in our eyelashes, finally, yes finally, we had the idea of plugging in one of those poisonous things for the mosquitoes, which I don’t really think is that good for us either, but at least we can sleep now. Thanks lindo sun, for filling up the batteries in the Bantam, so besides plugging in the cameras, the ipod, and the epilady (of course), we can also plug in the RAID thing. Viva la electricity!
